About Me

A woman smiling outdoors, wearing a black lace top, a pendant necklace, and a wide-brimmed black hat, with greenery in the background.

I'm Alexis (she/her/hers), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, LMFT #152033 who believes healing is about more than reducing symptoms, it’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been hidden, silenced, or left behind.

I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people heal. From 2019–2024, I provided psychotherapy to survivors of interpersonal violence, where I learned the importance of honoring each person’s unique experiences and supporting healing beyond simply moving through pain. This work deepened my belief that healing involves reconnecting with yourself, building meaningful relationships, and creating a life that feels fulfilling.

My journey as a yoga instructor, which began in 2015, has also shaped the way I understand healing. Through movement, mindfulness, nature, creativity, journaling, and personal reflection, I’ve learned the importance of the mind-body connection and the ways we can support ourselves as whole people.

This belief is at the heart of my work as a therapist. I create space for clients to explore who they are, understand their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and build a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me practicing yoga, hiking, exploring coffee shops, attending concerts and music festivals, giving tarot readings to friends, or enjoying a quiet morning with a matcha in hand.

If you’ve ever felt like you don’t fit neatly into one box, I want you to know you don’t have to here.

I’m so glad you’re here.
