Individual Therapy

Therapy for adults seeking deeper self-understanding, healing, and meaningful change.

Therapy is a collaborative space to explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, values, and the patterns that shape your experience. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, or feeling disconnected from yourself, our work together can help you reconnect with who you are and create a life that feels more authentic and aligned.

My approach is holistic and integrative, blending evidence-based psychotherapy with mind-body awareness. Together, we’ll explore the connection between your inner world, relationships, lived experiences, and personal values.

Areas of Exploration

My Approach

My approach blends evidence-based psychotherapy with mindfulness, self-exploration, and mind-body awareness. Together, we’ll explore your inner world, understand patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop tools that support greater balance, resilience, and authenticity.

My work is also informed by my background as a yoga instructor and my years of exploring the connection between the mind and body. I incorporate mindfulness practices, body awareness, and self-reflection to help clients better understand their internal experiences and reconnect with themselves. I also draw from parts work to support deeper self-awareness, compassion, and a greater understanding of the patterns that shape how we move through the world.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and our work will be guided by your goals and the changes you want to create in your life. I believe therapy is a tool to help you build self-awareness, develop new skills, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, not a place you have to stay forever. My goal is to support you in creating meaningful change while helping you develop the confidence and tools to continue growing beyond the therapy room.

“Alexis is a joy to work with! She is trauma-informed and somatic in her approach. She has a keen ability to help clients ground and become attuned to themselves.”

— Dr. Danielle Samuel, PhD, LMFT

“Alexis holds such a wealth of knowledge and gracefully intertwines trauma-informed care, spirituality, and yoga into her work. I know that when I refer someone to her they are in good hands. I have learned so much from her over the years.”
